I love these are beautiful, whimsical pieces of public art by French muralist Seth Globepainter who travels the world creating images of children on all manner of walls -- sometimes abandoned buildings, street corners, deserted factories, shops, a refugee camp in Bethlehem, and houses. The children appear as vibrant witnesses to the world of adults, and even when sleeping their dreams explode in color around them and I think they are there to reignite in adults that sense of wonder. Some appear like brush-stroked paintings, others the riotous color and jagged lines of high end graffiti art. Do stop by his website and browse through many photographs of his work that covers the globe from Paris, India, China, Mexico, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Really astonishing stuff -- and yes, you will lose a morning browsing through the work.
